You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called SpideRay

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Ted Hammond - License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

 

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Tramages/Mo' Jellyfish

AAA Frames/Foto Frame

Gregs Factory Output vol. II/Pool Shadow

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above

 

 

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas

Image> Crop to Selection

Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur ... Radius of 10

 

 

Effects> Tramages> Mo' Jellyfish ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings

 

 

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 13

Selections> Promote Selection to Layer

Selections> Select None

 

 

Rename the promoted layer Pool

Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4) ... Activate the Pool layer again

Effects> Gregs Factory Output vol. II> Pool Shadow ... with the following settings

If the area that goes light is way to light then lower the Lightness to a suitable amount

 

Activate the Copy of Pool layer ... Effects> Gregs Factory Output vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change Diagonal to 200

Activate the Copy (2) of Pool layer ... Effects> Gregs Factory Output vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change Diagonal to 145

Activate the Copy (3) of Pool layer ... Effects> Gregs Factory Output vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change Diagonal to 95

Selections> Select None ... Hide the 3 Top Pool layers for now

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer, move to a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Add Copyrights and your Name

 

 

 

ANIMATING


Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation



Return to PSP and unhide the Copy of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame



Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (2) of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

 

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

 

Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 18

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
