Font of your choice

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Anna Marine

License & Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

AAA Frames/Foto Frame

Xero/Porcelain (optional)

Open a New Image 600x600 ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill the Selection with Black ... Selections> Select None

Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... change the Number to 6

Image> Canvas ... with the following settings

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom

Activate the Tube layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down

change the layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L) ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Activate the Black Lines layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Activate the Tube layer again ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None ... Rename this layer Tubes 1

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings

Activate the Black Lines layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Invert ... Activate the Tubes Line layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

change the layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L)

Activate the Black Lines layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down

Activate the Tubes Line layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Renames this layer Tubes 2

Layers> Arrange> Move Down

Activate the Tubes 1 layer

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill the Selection with Black ... Selections> Select None

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... change the Tile Gap to 2

Activate the Tubes 1 layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Invert ... Activate the dots layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

Change this layers Blend Mode to Overlay or one suitable

Activate the Tubes 1 layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 3

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings

Activate the Tubes 2 Layer ... Edit> Repeat Foto Frame

Activate the Dots layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 12

Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear ... Select None

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all Color Channels set to 0

Apply a Drop Shadow and move to a suitable position

Add Copyrights and your Name ... Save your Tag
