You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called LD Artistic

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Garrett Blair

This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format

 

Filters:

Redfield/Fractalius

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Position on the Left or Right side of your Tag ... Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the original Tube layer

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... with the following settings

 

 

Layers> Duplicate ... rename this layer Reg

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings

 

 

Activate the Bottom layer

Effects> Redfield> Fractalius ... choose "Neon Light" from the Dropdown box

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings

Rename this layer Fract

 

 

Activate the Top layer ... Apply a suitable Drop Shadow

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with White

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Edit> Repeat Add Noise ... Selections> Select None

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

 

 

Activate the Reg layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

 

 

Flood Fill the Selection with Grey (#c0c0c0)

Selections> Select None ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... Change this layers Opacity to 70%

Rename this layer Strip

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

 

 

Activate the Top layer ... Add Copyrights

Add your Name in Black ... position in the bottom left of the strip

Move this layer above the Strip layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... change the Number to a suitable amount

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

 

 

Apply a suitable Drop Shadow ... Activate the Reg layer ... Edit> Copy

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP ... Activate the Reg layer ... Edit> Copy

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Activate Frame 1 by clicking on it once

 

Effects> Insert Image Transition ... with the following settings

 

Click on the Customize button

 

 

Click on OK then on OK again ... DELETE the first Frame

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy ... Activate the last frame by clicking on it once

Edit> Paste> After current Frame ... Animation> Reverse Frames

 

Return to PSP and hide the Reg and Fract layers

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have 22 frames

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy

 

Activate your Tag

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames ... move into position and click once

Activate the 1st frame by clicking on it once .. Hold down CTRL and left click once on the 11th frame

(Now frame 1 and 11 should be highlighted) Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 200

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
