Open a New Image 600x250 ... Flood Fill with Black Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Left 0 - Top 0 - Right 55 - Bottom 250 ... Flood Fill the Selection with Light Grey Selections> Select None
Layers> Duplicate ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the same settings as before Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Rename this layer Flux
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Left 10 - Top 0 - Right 45 - Bottom 250 ... Flood Fill the Selection with Medium Grey Selections> Select None ... repeat steps above in red ... Rename this layer Medium Lines
Activate the Bottom layer Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L) Effects> Texture Effects> Mosaic - Antique ... with the following settings
Activate the Flux layer ... Duplicate this layer twice times (for a total of 3) Activate the Flux layer again ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise
Activate the Copy of Flux layer Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Activate the Copy (2) of Flux layer Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Change the Opacity of all the Flux layers to 65% and Hide the top 2 Flux layers
Activate the Medium Lines layer Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate)... default settings Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More Effects> Texture Effects> Mosaic - Antique ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L) Activate the Medium Lines layer again Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Selections> Invert ... Activate the top layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings
Edit> Repeat Drop Shadow Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... move to the left side of your canvas and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 2 Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None
Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as earlier Add Copyrights and your Name
