Blue Sunshine (2013)

You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Plebeya

Tube of your choice - I will be using an Exclusive Tube by Barbara Jensen made for Creative Design Outlet

The Tube can be found HERE

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Xero/Fritillary

Xero/Porcelain (optional)

Two Moon/BlurChecks

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas

Image> Crop to Selection

Effects> Xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings

Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Selections> Promote Selection to Layer

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with a color from your Tube

Selections> Select None ... Lower this layers Opacity to 50%

Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More ... Edit > Repeat Enhance Edges More

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... change Blue Channel to 0

Move into a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Tube color you used earlier

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Add Copyrights and your Name

Activate the Bottom layer and rename it TM ... Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4)

Activate the TM layer again

Effects> Two Moon> BlurChecks ... with the following settings

Activate the Copy of TM layer ... Effects> Two Moon> BlurChecks ... change the Grader to 225

Activate the Copy (2) of TM layer ... Effects> Two Moon> BlurChecks ... change the Grader to 195

Activate the Copy (3) of TM layer ... Effects> Two Moon> BlurChecks ... change the Grader to 165

Hide the Top 3 TM layers for now

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy of TM layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (2) of TM layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of TM layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy ... Edit> Select None

Click on Frame 4 once to select it (should highlight blue)

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

now you should have 8 frames with frames 5,6,7, 8 selected (highlighted blue)

If they are not then click on frame 5, hold down SHIFT on your keyboard and click once on frame 8, then release SHIFT

Animation> Reverse Frames ... DELETE Frame 4

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
