Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies Xero/Porcelain Xenofex 2/Constellation
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Change your Foreground to White and your Background to a Light color from your Tube Flood Fill canvas with your Background Color
Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More ... Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) or Luminance Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with your Foreground color ... Selections> Select None Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Rename this layer Con
Paste your Tube as a New Layer Position on the Left side of your Tag so that all the White is covered like so
(I lowered opacity for screenshot purposes only so you see what I mean)
Once happy with your position ... Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Rename this layer Tubes ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down Activate the Con layer ... Select your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings
Left Click once between the two white rectangles ... Activate the Tubes layer Hit DELETE on your Keyboard ... Selections> Select None Layers> New Raster Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top
Change your Foreground to Black Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with your Foreground color ... Selections> Select None Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... V-Tile(random h-line) ... change the Number to 12 & Tile Gap to 4 Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Hit DELETE on your Keyboard ... Selections> Select None Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat
Activate the Tubes layer ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Activate the Con layer ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None ... DELETE the layer with Black squares on
Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... change Blue Channel to 0 Move into a suitable position in the Middle of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Add Copyrights and your Name
Activate the Tubes layer ... Change the Blend Mode to Luminance(L) and the opacity to 50% Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 2, 100, 4, Black Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, -2, 100, 4, Black Active the Con layer ... Lower the Opacity to 30% ... Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4)
Activate the Con layer again Effects> Xenofex 2> Constellation ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Con layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation ... Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (2) of Con layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation ... Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (3) of Con layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation ... Hit the Random Seed button once Selections> Select None ... Hide the top 3 Con layers
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Return to PSP hide the Copy of (2) Con layer and unhide the Copy (3) of Con layer Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
