Filters: Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow Mura's Meister/Copies DSB Flux Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground and Background to 2 colors from your Tube Change your Foreground to Gradient ... with the following settings
Open a New Image 600x250 ... Flood Fill with your Gradient Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Effects> Texture Effects> Mosaic Antique ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... Select your Preset Shape Tool ... with the following settings Shape - any you like but I'm using Ellipse ... Anti Alias and Create as Vector - checked Line Style - Solid ... Width - 8.00
Swap Materials ... click on the white arrow
Make your Background Null
Draw out your Shape to a size you are happy with Layers> Convert to Raster Layer ... Move your Shape to the Top left corner of your Tag (look at my Sample for reference)
Layers> Duplicate ... Move to Duplicate over to anywhere on the Right side of your Tag (we are going to reposition later so for now it does not matter to much)
Activate the original Circle layer Select your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings
Click once inside the Circle Selections> Modify> Expand by 4 ... Layers> New Raster Layer Swap Colors ... click on the white arrow
Flood Fill the Selection ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position making sure what you want to keep is inside the Selection Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Change the layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L) ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings Gap Size - 2 ... Width - 8 ... Opacity - 1 Change Weave and Gap color to the color of your Circle
Activate the duplicate Circle layer Select your Magic Wand Tool ... Click once inside the Circle Selections> Modify> Expand by 4 ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Do the steps above in Red
Crop Image 600x250
Activate the original Circle layer again Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings Click on the "settings" tab then on the "Simple (Thin)" folder and click on "Black" Click on the "basic" tab and change the Glow Radius to 2 ... then click on OK
Activate the duplicate Circle layer Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as above
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... change the color to the color of your Circle Activate the original Circle layer again Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as above
Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Rename this layer Circle 1 Activate the duplicate Circle layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Rename this layer Circle 2
Activate the Bottom layer .. Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selections ... with the following settings
Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... change the Tile Gap to 20 Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light or one suitable ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Activate the Circle 1 layer and using your Mover Tool move in to a position you are happy with Activate the Circle 2 layer and using your Mover Tool move in to a position you are happy with Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Rename this layer Circle
Select your Magic Wand Tool again ... click inside each of the Circles like so
Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3) ... Activate the Circle layer again Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Circle layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then OK Activate the Copy (2) of Circle layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then OK Selections> Select None ... Hide the 2 Top Circle layers for now
Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the right side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
