You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called 7th FadFace

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Candra



Filters:

Kang 4/Batwave

Mura's Meister/Copies

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x50 Flood Fill White

Effects> Kang 4> Batwave ... with the following settings



(If you are having your tag Black and White like mine skip
this next part and continue from Image> Canvas Size)


 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill layer with a color from your Tube

Activate the layer you did Batwave on

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Top - 0
Right - 40
Bottom - 9
Left - 38

 

Selections> Modify> Select Color Range

Tolerance - 20
Softness - 20
Add Color Range - checked
Reference color - White

Activate the layer Flood Filled with your color ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None

 



Change this layers Blend Mode to either Color or Color (L) ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible

Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings

New Dimensions
Lock Aspect Ratio - unchecked
Set dropdown box to Pixels
Width - 600
Height - 250

Placement
Centered - click the middle square (one with a black diamond in)

and click on ok

 

Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings

Direction - Right
Degrees - Free - change to 45.00
All layers - unchecked

Rotate single layer around canvas center - unchecked

 

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

Click on the "Settings" tab and select the following

Simple (thin) - Black

Click on the "Basic" tab

Change the Glow Radius to 3 and the color from

Black the same color you used to Flood Fill earlier

(if making tag Black and White leave color Black)

 

Crop image 600x250

 


Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Encircle ...change Number to 120

Rename this layer "copies" ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies .... Wallpaper rotate (default settings)

 

Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings

Angle - 45
Strength - 100

Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Rename this layer "background"

Crop Image 600x250 ...Activate the "copies" layer

Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3)

 

Activate the "copies" layer again

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Top - 59
Right - 309
Bottom - 61
Left - 308

 

Selections> Modify> Select Color Range

Tolerance - 20
Softness - 20
Add Color Range - checked
Reference color - change it to #FEFEFE

 

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

Intensity - 46
Direction - Mix

Activate the "Copy of copies" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the "Copy (2) of copies" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Selections> Select None

 

Hide the 2 top copies layers for now ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Layers>Arrange> Bring to Top (if not already at top in your palette)

Move your Tube into a suitable position on your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Crop Image 600x250


Layers> New Raster Layer ...Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ... with the following settings

Inside
Anti Alias - checked
Border Width - 2

Flood Fill with a suitable color from our Tube

Selections> Select None

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 100
Blur - 5
Color - you choose a suitable one

Add Copyrights and your Name

 

 

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the "copies" layer and unhide the "Copy of copies" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of copies" layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of copies" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it all that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
