Ok let's begin Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original Delete the Credits and Middle Circles layers Activate the Middle Background ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Paste your Close Up as a New Layer and position over the Selection so what you want to keep is visible Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Change your Foreground and Background to 2 colors from your Tube Activate the Right Background Layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Select None Activate the Left Background layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as above Selections> Select None Activate the Middle Background layer again ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Activate the Top Left Background layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Paste your Close Ups as New layer and position what you want to keep inside the Selection ... Selections> Invert Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Repeat the above on all the other 3 (square) Background layers Activate the Bottom Left Frame layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up ... Activate the Top Left Frame layer Layers> Merge> Merge Down Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color ... Selections> Select None Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 4, Black
DELETE the Bottom Left Frame layer Activate the Bottom Right Frame layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up ... Activate the Top Right Frame layer Layers> Merge> Merge Down Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color ... Selections> Select None Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 4, Black DELETE the Bottom Right Frame layer
Activate the Left Wavey Line layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill the Selection with any color you like Selections> Select None ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as before Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 4, Black DELETE the Left Wavey Line layer ... Crop Image 600x250 recolor the Border using whatever method you like
Add Copyrights and your Name Activate the layer with the Wavey Lines on ... Edit Copy
ANIMATING
Click on the Customize button
Change the first 10 waves to the following Wave 1: X -59 ... Y -10 Wave 2: X 7 ... Y -40 Wave 3: X -35 ... Y -40 Wave 4: X 39 ... Y 23 Wave 5: X 41 ... Y -46 Wave 6: X -36 ... Y 19 Wave 7: X 24 ... Y 49 Wave 8: X -9 ... Y 56 Wave 9: X -36... Y 46 Wave 10: X 54 ... Y -1
Set all other waves to X 0 ... Y 0 DELETE the first Frame
Return to PSP and DELETE the layer with the Wavey Lines on Hide the Border, Copyright and Name layers ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go to Animation Shop Edit> Paste> As New Animation
Activate your animation ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate your Tag ... Edit> Select All ...Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once (I zoomed in to help with positioning) You can delete the animation only image now as you don't need it
Hide all the Unhidden layers ... Unhide the Border, Copyright and Name layers ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go to Animation Shop Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your Tag Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy
Activate your Tag Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames ... move into position and click once Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 17
