You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called KS Lovers

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Amy Matthews

License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

 

Filters:

DSB Flux/Bubbles

Eye Candy 6/Fire

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as before

 

 

Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> Edge Effects>Enhance More

Effects> DSB Flux> Bubbles ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate your Freehand Selection Tool ... with the following settings

 

 

Make a Selection around the bottom half of your Tag like so

(using the pattern to make the bumpy bits at the top)

 

 

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... both set to 0

Selections> Select None ... rename this layer BG

Layers> Duplicate ... Image Flip ... rename this layer BG 2

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Fire ... with the following settings

(Also click the Random Seed button once)

 

 

 

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Flip ... Image> Mirror

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings

 

 

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Image> Flip

Merge the four layers with Fire on together and lower the layers Opacity to around 50%

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None

 

 

Activate the BG 2 layer ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Move into position on either side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

 

Activate the Top layer ... Add Copyrights and your Name

Activate the BG layer ... Edit Copy

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP and activate the BG 2 layer ... Edit> Copy

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Activate Frame 1 by clicking on it once

 

Effects> Insert Image Transition ... with the following settings

 

Click on Ok ... Delete Frame 1

 

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy ... Activate the last frame by clicking on it once

Edit> Paste> After current Frame ... Animation> Reverse Frames

Return to PSP and hide the BG and BG 2 layers

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have 22 frames

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy

 

Activate your Tag

Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames ... move into position and click once

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
