Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies Xenofex 2/Electrify VM Distortion/Smallpox
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Set your Foreground to a light color from your Tube and Background to a dark color Click on your Foreground again and change it to Gradient ... with the following settings Style - Linear Angle - 90 Repeats - 0 Invert - unchecked Flood Fill the layer with this Gradient
Change your Foreground back to Color Effects> VM Distortion> Smallpox ... with the following settings Frequency - 255 Strength - 228 Direction - 0
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Move the Tube down a bit if needed Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling(feedback)
Lower the layers Opacity to around 20% and change the Blend Mode to Overlay Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... rename this layer "Background"
Paste your Tube as a New Layer again and position the tube on the left side of your Tag Apply a suitable Drop Shadow ... Crop your Tag 600x250 ... rename this layer "Tube"
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Move this layer between your Tube and Background layers, and with it active make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Top - 160 Right - 600 Bottom - 225 Left - 0
Flood Fill this Selection with your Foreground Color Click on Custom Selection again but this time change Top to 163 and Bottom to 222 Flood Fill this Selection with your Background Color ... Selections> Select None
Using any method you choose erase any of this strip that is behind (to the left) of your Tube Rename this layer "Electrify" ... Duplicate this layer 3 times (for a total of 4)
Activate the Electrify layer Effects> Xenofex 2> Electrify ... with the following settings Click on "settings" and select "subtle" Click on the "Glow" tab and change the Glow Width to 20 Inner Glow to your Background color and Outer Glow to your Foreground color
Click on the "Basic" tab and change Arc Length (pixels) to 100 click on Random Seed once then on ok
Activate the Copy of Electrify layer ... Edit> Repeat Electrify ... click on Random Seed once then on ok Activate the Copy (2) of Electrify layer ... Edit> Repeat Electrify ... click on Random Seed once then on ok Activate the Copy (3) of Electrify layer ... Edit> Repeat Electrify ... click on Random Seed once then on ok Hide the Top 3 Electrify layers
Activate the Tube layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill this layer with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None ... apply a slight Drop Shadow so the frame stands out (I used 0, 0, 100, 2, white)
Add your Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Return to PSP hide the "Copy (2) of Electrify" layer and unhide the "Copy (3) of Electrify" layer Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 18
