You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Breakaway

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Gaetano Di Falco

Unfortunately he no longer sells his art in tube format

 

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Funhouse/Evanescence

xero/Fritillary

Greg' Factory Output Vol. II/Pool Shadow

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies ... Crop Image 600x250

 

 

Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> Funhouse> Evanescence ... with the following settings

 

 

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

 

 

Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Selections> Select None

With the Promoted layer Active

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 10, color of choice (I used white)

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Position on the Right side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

 

 

Change your Foreground and Background to 2 colors from your Tube

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

 

 

Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert

Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

 

 

Activate the Bottom layer and rename it Pool ... Duplicate it three times for a total of four

Activate the Pool layer

Effects> Greg' Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the Copy of Pool layer

Effects> Greg' Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change the top Diagonal to 80

Activate the Copy (2) of Pool layer

Effects> Greg' Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change the top Diagonal to 110

Activate the Copy (3) of Pool layer

Effects> Greg' Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow ... change the top Diagonal to 140

Hide the Top 3 Pool Shadow layers for now

 

 

Activate the Top layer ... Add Copyrights and your Name

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (2) of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

 

Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

 

Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 17

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
