First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called Carolyna Pro Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Tiffany Toland-Scott This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format
Filters: AAA Frames/Foto Frame Mura's Meister/Copies xero/Fritillary
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground and Background to 2 colors from your Tube Open a New Image 600x28 ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frames ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frames ... with the same settings as above Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings
Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Layers> Merge> Merge Visible Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling(angle) ... change the Angle to 20 Rename this layer AAA
Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as before
Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings
Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom Activate the AAA layer ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position on the Right side of your Tag Rename this layer Tube ... Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror
Using any method you like (I used the Move Tool) move the Duplicate Tube so it is right next to the the Original Tube like so
Lower this layers Opacity to 40% so you can see the angled lines better for this next step Using your Freehand Selection Tool make a Selection like so
Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Activate the AAA layer ... Selections> Invert Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None ... Change this layers Blend Mode to Multiply Activate the Copy of Tube layer ... change the Opacity back to 100% and the Blend Mode to Luminance(L)
Activate the Tube layer and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Activate the Copy of Tube layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
I applied a slight Drop Shadow to make my border stand out Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 6, Black Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
