Unzip into your Selections Folder
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies AAA Frames/Foto Frame DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings If your canvas has any transparent areas ... Edit> Repeat Copies
Effects> Texture Effects> Tiles ... with the following settings
Crop Image 600x250 Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Edit> Repeat Foto Frame ... change the Width to 55 Edit> Repeat Foto Frame ... change the Width to 35 Edit> Repeat Foto Frame ... change the Width to 15
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Load the Selection I provided at the start of this Tutorial (Spawns-Framez) Change your Foreground to a color from your Tube ... Activate your Flood Fill Tool with the following settings
Left Click once inside the Selection ... Selections> Select None Lower this layers Opacity to around 60% Rename this layer flux and duplicate it twice (for a total of 3)
Activate the Flux layer Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok
Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the left and add a suitable Drop Shadow Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None ... Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
