You will need:

And my selection which you can get HERE ... unzip into your Selections folder

(same selection as used in Glitter Ball Tutorial)

Filters:

xero/Fritillary

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 and Flood Fill it Black

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3

Flood Fill the Selection with a color from your Tube

Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings

Selections> Select None

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Move to the left side of your tag so it is nicely positioned over the Fritillary area

Apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror

Merge these two layers together

Activate the Bottom layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3 ... Selection> Invert

Activate the Tube layer and hit DELETE on your keyboard

Change the Tube layers Blend mode to one suitable ... I used Luminance (L)

Activate the Top layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer again

Move into position over the circle in the middle and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Load the Selection I provided again

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3 ... Selections> Invert

Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None

Add Copyrights and your Name ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible

Crop your image 600x250

And that's it all done now all that's left is to save you tag as a PNG

The reason for saving as PNG and not JPEG is so the erased parts stay transparent
