Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position in the middle of your canvas (resize if needed) Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the bottom Tube layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line(random rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Crop Image 600x250 Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Original layer Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Activate the Duplicate layer Effects> Funhouse> Evanescence ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light Lower this layers Opacity to a suitable amount (I lowered it to 38%) Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Selections> Select None Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light and it's Opacity to the same amount as the layer you did Evanescence on Rename this layer Greg ... Duplicate this layer 3 times (for a total of 4)
Activate the Greg layer Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol.II> Radial Hilite ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Greg layer ... Edit> Repeat Radial Hilite ... change the Frequency to 62 and click OK Activate the Copy (2) of Greg layer ... Edit> Repeat Radial Hilite ... change the Frequency to 82 and click OK Activate the Copy (3) of Greg layer ... Edit> Repeat Radial Hilite ... change the Frequency to 102 and click OK Hide the top 3 Greg layers
Activate the Tube layer The next 2 steps are optional you can simply add a Drop Shadow instead if you like Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... with the following settings
Change your Foreground to a color of choice and your Background to the same color you used for your Gradient Glow Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Activate the 2nd layer up from bottom in your layer palette (the one we used Evanescence on) Activate your Text Tool and under the settings set the Stroke width to 0 and Create As to Vector and select the font name, size etc to any of your choice Type out a word/words of your choice ... I wrote Vibration ... Objects> Align> Center In Canvas Layers> Convert to Raster Layer
Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... change the Tile Gap to 3 Change this layers Blend Mode to Multiply and Opacity to a suitable amount (I lowered it to 30%) Make a Custom Selection ... same settings as earlier ... Hit DELETE once on your keyboard Selections> Select None Activate the Top layer ... Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ...Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Return to PSP hide the Copy (2) of Greg layer and unhide the Copy (3) of Greg layer Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ...Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 17
