Filters: DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground to a medium color from your Tube Change your Background to a Very Light shade of the same color Click on your Foreground again & change to Gradient ... with the following settings
Open a New Image 600x250 ... Flood Fill with your Gradient Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... with the following settings Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More
Layers> Duplicate Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 10, color of your choosing
Activate the Bottom layer Effects> Distortion Effects> Wave ... with the following settings
Activate the Top Layer Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube Load the Selection I provided at the start of this Tutorial (Spawns-HeavenzDots) If you want the circles a tad larger Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Rename this layer Dots ... Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3) Activate the Dots layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Paste your Tube as a New Layer and move to the right of your Tag Apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill with a darker shade of the Foreground color you had at the beginning of the Tutorial Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
