First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called CK Vegas Nights Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Anna Marine License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies Penta.com/VTR
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Change your Foreground to a color from your Tube and your Background to Medium Grey (#808080) Flood Fill canvas with your Foreground color ... Rename this layer BG Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with your Background color ... Rename this layer FG Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position on the left side of your Tag but not all the way (look at my Tag for example)
Activate your Selection Tool ... with the following settings
Make a Selection from the Right side to the Left to about half way across your Tube like so
Activate the BG layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Activate the FG layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down ...Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Hide the FG layer for now
Activate the Tube layer ... Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Bottom Tube layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line Change the Number to a suitable amount (I used 5) Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) or Luminance Effects> Penta.com> VTR ... default settings
Activate the Top Tube layer and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Activate your Selection Tool Make a Selection from the Right side to the Left to about half way across your Tube like so (thickness totally up to you)
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Selections> Select None ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More ... Change this layers Blend Mode to Screen
Activate and unhide the FG layer Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
I applied a slight Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 4, Black Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
