Filters: xero/Fritillary VM Distortion/Broken Mirror DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 and Flood Fill it with a color from your Tube Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings
Select your Flood Fill Tool and click on your Foreground change to Pattern and locate my Pattern (Spawns-ItsChrisssssmas) Set Angle at 0 and Scale at 100% ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with the Pattern
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with White Effects> VM Distortion> Broken Mirror ... with the following settings
Change this layers Opacity to 20% ... Layers> Duplicate Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Activate the Pattern filled layer and hit DELETE on your keyboard
Activate the Top layer Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 4 ... Selections> Invert Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Invert
Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... Rename this layer flux ... Duplicate this layer twice for a total of 3 Activate the flux layer ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings (A few people have said Intensity at 15 is not very strong so you may want to go higher its totally up to you)
Activate the "Copy of flux" layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok
Selections> Select None Hide the top two flux layers for now Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Apply a suitable Drop Shadow and position to your liking
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with color of your choice Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 1 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Apply a slight Drop Shadow so your border stands out (I used 0, 0, 100, 2, white) Add Copyright info and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
