Filters: Mehdi/Melt 1.1 xero/Fritillary VM Distortion/Broken Mirror DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Change your Foreground and Background to two colors from your Tube (do not use White ... Lighter color being Background)
Click on the Foreground again and make a Gradient ... with the following settings
Flood Fill your layer with this Gradient Effects> Mehdi> Melt 1.1 ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... On the Duplicate Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer White Effects> VM Distortion> Broken Mirror ... with the following settings
Change this layers Opacity to 20% ... Layers> Duplicate Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 5 Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Invert ... Layers> Duplicate ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 8 Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Apply a Drop Shadow to each of the Top three layers with the following settings 0, 0, 100, 2, Black
Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... Rename the layer flux Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three Activate the flux layer and load the Selection I provided at the start of the Tutorial (Spawns-ItsChrissssstmasAgain)
Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the "Copy of flux" layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok
Selections> Select None Hide the top two flux layers for now Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Apply a suitable Drop Shadow and position to your liking
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with color of your choice Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 1 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Apply a slight Drop Shadow so your border stands out Add Copyright info and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
