You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called SodaScriptLightExtras Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Sabine Rich License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies Filter Factory N/X Exchange Two Moon/Cut Glass
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effect> Edge Effects> Enhance Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection ... Layers> New Raster Layer
Effects> Filter Factory N> X Exchange ... default settings Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with a suitable color from your Tube ... Selections> Select None Effects> Distortion Effects> Wave ... with the following settings
Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling(angle) ... change the Tile Gap to 70 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Rename this layer Lines Activate your Magic Wand Tool and click once between the two lines Selections> Modify> Expand by 4 Activate the Bottom ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Selections> Select None Rename the promoted layer Ani
Activate the Lines layer Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 10, Black Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the Left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a another color from your Tube Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as earlier Add Copyrights and your Name
Activate the Ani layer ... Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4) Activate the Ani layer again Effects> Two Moon> Cut Glass ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Ani layer ... Effects> Two Moon> Cut Glass ... change the Size to 58 Activate the Copy (2) of Ani layer ... Effects> Two Moon> Cut Glass ... change the Size to 68 Activate the Copy (3) of Ani layer ... Effects> Two Moon> Cut Glass ... change the Size to 78 Hide the Top 3 Ani layers for now
ANIMATING
Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of Ani layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 18 And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
