You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called LD Sport Dots

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Garrett Blair - License and Tubes available at CDO

One of my Templates which you can get on my Blog, we will be using SpawnsFSTemplate017

 

Filters:

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original ... Delete the Credits layer

Activate the Left Main Background layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selection with a color from your Tube ... Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the Right Stripes layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with the same color as you used on the Left Main Background layer

Selections> Select None ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as above

Delete the Right Stripes layer

 

 

Activate the Left Stripes layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with another color from your Tube ... Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 5, Black

Edit> Repeat Drop Shadow ... Delete the Left Stripes layer

 

 

Activate the Main Background layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selection with the color you used for the left stripes ... Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the layer with the Right Stripes on

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 5, Black

Edit> Repeat Drop Shadow ... Delete the Left Stripes layer

 

 

Activate the Left Crosses layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill the Selection with another color from your Tube ... Selections> Select None

Activate the layer with the Right Stripes on

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 5, Black

Edit> Repeat Drop Shadow ... Delete the Right Crosses layer

 

 

Activate the Skull Face Background layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill the Selection with the color you used for the Crosses ... Selections> Select None

Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the Eyes & Nose Background layer

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Hue/Saturation> Lightness ... play around with the setting until your Eyes & Nose Background are a color you like and the click OK

Activate the skull outline layer

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Hue/Saturation> Lightness ... play around with the setting until your skull outline is a color you like and the click OK

 

 

Rename this layer flux

Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3) ... Activate the flux layer again

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

 

Activate the Copy of flux layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then OK

Activate the Copy (2) of flux layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then OK

Selections> Select None ... Hide the 2 Top flux layers for now

 

 

Activate the flux layer

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

 

 

Delete the Grey and Black Border layers

Activate the White Border layer

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Hue/Saturation> Lightness ... play around with the setting until you get a color you like and the click OK

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> Arrange> Move Down

Activate the layer with the left stripes on ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the right side of your Tag

Move around so the bottom of your Tube is visible ... change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light

 

 

Activate the White Border layer

Add Copyrights and your Name

 

 

 

ANIMATING


Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the "flux" layer and unhide the "Copy of flux" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of flux" layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of flux" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
