Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... with the following settings
Effects> Texture Effects> Tiles ... with the following settings
Change your Foreground to the Metallic Silver Gradient Angle - 45 ... Repeats - 0 Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with your Gradient Change this layers Blend Mode to Difference Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... Rename this Background
Change your Foreground to a color from your Tube and your Background to Black Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Layers> Merge> Merge Down Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Hit DELETE on your keyboard Rename this layer Outer Lines Layers> New Raster Layer ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 3 Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Selections> Select None ... Rename this Layer Thick Line ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down Change this layers Blend Mode to Color or Color(L)
Effects> Distortion Effects> Wave ... with the following settings
Activate the Outer Lines layer ... Edit> Repeat Wave Layers> Duplicate .... Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down (original and duplicate Outer Lines layers should now be merged together)
Activate the Thick Line layer Layers> Duplicate .... Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down (original and duplicate Thick Line layers should now be merged together)
Active the Thick Line layer click once in the middle with your Magic Wand Tool so you have a Selection like so
Paste your Tube as New Layer Move it below the Thick Line layer and position so that what you want to keep is inside the Selection like so
Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L)
Activate the Outer Lines layer ... Paste your Close Up as a New Layer Effects> xero> Porcelain ... change Blue Channel to 0 move to a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... same settings as earlier Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill with your Background color ... Selections> Select None .. Layers> Merge> Merge Down
**************** Optional **************** I wanted my Close Up to appear to be popping out of the Tag So I made a Selection around the parts of the border covering the Top part of the Tube like so
With the Border layer active ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer Activate the Border layer ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None Move the Promoted layer below the Close Up layer ******************************************
Activate the Top layer ... Add Copyrights and your Name
Activate the Thick Line layer Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat ... Selections> Invert Activate the Background layer ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer Selections> Select None ... Rename this layer Pool
Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4) Activate the Pool layer again Effects> Greg's Factory Output vol. II> Pool Shadow ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Pool layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change all the ones on 50 to 70 Activate the Copy (2) of Pool layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change all the ones on 70 to 100 Activate the Copy (3) of Pool layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change all the ones on 100 to 130 ... Hide the Top 3 Pool layers for now
ANIMATING
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of Pool layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 30
