You will need:

Font of your choice

2 Tubes of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Psyco Jimi

This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format

 

Filters:

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

Mura's Meister/Copies

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

******************************************************************************************

 

Open a New Image 600x600 ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill the Selection with a color of your choice

Selections> Select None ... Rename this layer Middle

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill the Selection with a color of your choice

Selections> Select None ... Rename this layer Left

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Rename this layer Right

 

 

Activate the Middle layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring To Top

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Move around until what you want to keep is inside the Selection

Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

 

 

Change this layers Blend Mode to one you like (I used Luminance L)

Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Basic tab ... Change the Glow Radius to 3

 

 

Activate the Left layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Paste your 2nd Tube as a New Layer ... Move around until what you want to keep is inside the Selection

Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

Again Change this layers Blend Mode to one you like (I used Luminance L) again

 

 

Layers> Duplicate ... Image Mirror ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up

Change this layers Blend Mode to one you like (I used Luminance L again)

Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Apply same Gradient Glow as earlier

Activate the left Tube layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Apply same Gradient Glow again

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with a color of your choice

Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Activate the Middle layer

Layers> Duplicate

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas

 

 

Move this layer so it is above the background layer and drop the Opacity to around 20%

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill the Selection with #808080 ... Selections> Select None

 

 

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... change the Tile Gap to 5

Rename this layer Flux ... Duplicate this layer twice times (for a total of 3)

Activate the Flux layer again ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise

 

 

Activate the Copy of Flux layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the Copy (2) of Flux layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Change the Opacity of all the Flux layers to 25% and Hide the top 2 Flux layers

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with #808080

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 2

Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None ... Layers> Arrange> Bring To Top

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings again click on the Mix button once then on ok

Change the Opacity of this layer to 25% ... Add Copyrights and your Name

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the Flux layer and unhide the Copy of Flux layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the Copy of Flux layer and unhide the Copy (2) of flux layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
