You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Alte Caps

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Zlata_M

License and Tubes available at zlatam.com

Filters:

Eye Candy 6: Textures/Marble

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

Open a New Image 600x600

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill this Selection with a color from your Tube

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill this Selection with Black ... Selections> Select None

Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures/Marble ... with the following settings

Settings - Marbled - Black

Basic ... change the Feature Size to 20 and Coverage to 40 and click on the Random Seed button

Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings

Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ...*Line ... change the Number to 6 and Fade Out to 40

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

Settings - Simple(thin) - White ... Basic - change the Radius to 2

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with the color you use from your Tube earlier

Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default setting

Repeat if necessary to cover your canvas

Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings

Effects> Repeat Motion Blur

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L)

Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance

Activate the Top layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... position where you like and add a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1

Flood Fill this Selections with your Tube color ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 2

Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as earlier

Add Copyrights and your Name ... Save your Tag
