Mashi Bubbles (2013)

First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue

You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Affable

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Mashi

This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format

Filters:

Mura' Meister/Copies

DSB Flux/Bubbles

Xero/Porcelain

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above

Crop Image 600x250

Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings

Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... rename this layer Blur

Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position on the Left side of your Tag

Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Original layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bubbles ... with the following settings

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... same settings as earlier

Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... default settings ... change Blue to 0

Rename this layer Bubbles ... Layers> Arrange> Move Down

Activate the Blur layer ... lower this layers Opacity to around 50%

Activate the Bubbles layer and using your Selection Tool set to rectangle draw out a Selection like so

Selections> Promote Selection to Layer ... Selections> Select None

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 15, Black

Activate the Tube layer and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... lower this layers Opacity to 50%

In your layer palette move this layer below the Promoted Selection layer

Activate the Top layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Change your Foreground to a Dark color of choice and your Background to a light color from your Tube

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert

Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert

Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
