Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called Coronet Tube & Close Up of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Joe Peck This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format My Selection which you can get HERE ... Unzip into your Selections Folder
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill Selection with a color from your Tube (I used a creamy color #f7dab4)
Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill Selection with a color from your Tube (I used red #d3232a)
Selections> Select None ... Duplicate this layer twice With the Top layer active ... Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Activate the Bottom layer ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... default settings
Activate the Top Layer ... Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling(angle) ... default settings Change the layers Blend Mode to Soft Light ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible
Layers> Duplicate ... activate the Top layer Make a Custom Selection .. with the following settings Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections Select None
Apply a slight Drop Shadow (I used 0, 0, 100, 10, Black) Activate the Bottom layer and rename it "flux" Duplicate it twice for a total of three then activate the flux layer again Load the Selection I provided at the start of this Tutorial (Spawns-Mask)
Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the "Copy of flux" layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... Click on Mix button once the on OK Activate the "Copy (2) of flux" layer ... Edit> Repeat Bright Noise ... Click on Mix button once the on OK
Hide the "Copy of flux" and "Copy (2) of flux" layers for now Paste your Close Up as a New Layer and position on the Right side of your Tag Lower the layers Opacity to around 70%
Paste your Tube as a New Layer and move to the Top in your layer palette Apply a suitable Drop Shadow then move your Tube into a suitable position
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with color of your choice Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 5 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill this Selection with a second color Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 2 ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill this Selection with your first color ... Selections> Select None
Apply a slight Drop Shadow to make the frame stand out (I used 0, 0, 100, 10, Black) Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
