Filters: DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground to a Light color from your Tube Change your Background to a Dark color from your Tube Click on your Foreground again and change to Gradient ... with the following settings
Open a New Image 600x250 Flood Fill with your Gradient ... Duplicate three times (for a total of 4) Activate the Bottom layer ... Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings
Activate the Top layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 5 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Apply a Drop Shadow ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Raster 1 layer Change this layers Blend Mode to Hard Light Layers> Merge> Merge Down Activate the Copy (2) of Raster 1 layer Load the Selection I provided at the start of the Tutorial (Spawns-NoAngelStars)
Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Apply a Drop Shadow with the same settings as earlier ... Rename this layer Stars Duplicate ... with Duplicate active Image> Mirror ... rename it Right Stars ... on the Stars layer Image> Flip
Paste your Tube as a New Layer and move into a suitable position Apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Activate the Stars layer ... Duplicate layer twice (for a total of 3) Activate the Stars layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the Right Stars layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Activate the Top layer ...Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
