Filters: AAA Frames/Foto Frame Mura's Meister/Copies
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 20x20 ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube (pick a color that there is not much of otherwise further on it will blend into the background)
Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings
Rename this layer SQ ... Layers> Duplicate Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... default settings Activate the SQ layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Select None Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling ... change the Tile Gap to 3 Activate the Copy of SQ layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 10 Activate the SQ layer and Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) and the Opacity to 40% Activate the Copy of SQ layer and change this layers Opacity to 50% Paste your Tube as a New layer and position on the Right side of your Tag Layers> Duplicate
Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom Activate the Tube layer and apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Set your Foreground to the color you used for filling the little square at the start of the Tutorial and your Background to another color from your Tube Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as used earlier
Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down I applied a slight Drop Shadow to make my border stand out Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 6, Black Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
