You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called 2Peas Rocking Horse

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Tiffany Toland-Scott

This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format

Filters:

Funhouse/Gyro

xero/Cubism

xero/Fritillary

Ok let's b

Change your Foreground to a Dark color from your Tube

Change your Background to a Light color from your Tube

Click on the Foreground again and make a Gradient ... with the following settings

Open a New Image 600x250 ... Flood Fill with your Gradient

Effects> Funhouse> Gyro ... with the following settings

Effects> xero> Cubism ... with the following settings

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Gradient

Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings

Change this layers Blend Mode to Hard Light and lower the Opacity to around 75%

Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the Left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Change your Foreground from Gradient back to Color

Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill with your Foreground color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert

Layers> New Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
