You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Talking Five

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Ismael Rac - License and Tubes available at his store HERE

 

Filters:

Mehdi/Sorting Tiles

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a new image 600x250


Select your Flood Fill Tool and change your Foreground and Background

colors to two bright colors from your Tube

Click on you Foreground again and make a Gradient ... with the following settings

Style - Sunburst

Repeats - 1

Invert - unchecked

 

Flood Fill layer with this Gradient

Effects> Mehdi> Sorting Tiles ... with the following settings

Block Range - 0-50

Block - move to 50

Crossed - checked

Rename this layer "Background"

 

Layers> New Raster Layer

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Top - 10

Right - 600

Bottom 30

Left - 0

 

Now you need to Swap Colors

(click the lil white arrow near the two smaller color boxes)

Flood Fill the Selection

Selections> Select None

 

Effects> Distortion> Warp ... with the following settings

 

Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings

Offset:

Horizontal - 0 ... Vertical - 20 ... Custom - checked

Edge Mode:

Transparent

 

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Flip

Merge these two layers together

Rename this layer "flux"

Duplicate layer twice (for a total of 3)

Activate the" flux" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

Intensity - 25
Direction - Mix

Activate the "Copy of flux" layer
Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the "Copy (2) of flux" layer
Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

 

Layers> New Raster Layer

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Top - 90

Right - 600

Bottom 160

Left - 0

 

Change your Foreground back from Gradient to Color and Flood Fill the Selection with this color

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Uniform

25%

Monochrome - checked

Layers> New Raster Layer

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3

Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Rename this layer "rectangle"

 

Now go to your Tube image
Edit> Copy

Go back to your Tag
Edit> Paste as new layer

Move into a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill layer with your Foreground color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 3

Selections> Select None ... Add Noise again with same settings as earlier

 

Apply a slight Drop Shadow ( I used 0,0,75,5,Black)

Also apply this drop shadow to each of the "flux" layers

For now hide the top 2 "flux" layers

Activate the "rectangle" layer and erase any of the rectangle behind your Tube

(look at my sample tag for reference)

Add Copyrights and your Name

 

 

ANIMATING


Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the "flux" layer and unhide the "Copy of flux" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of flux" layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of flux" layer
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
