You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Breakaway (OpenType)

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Jamie Kidd

License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

One of my Templates SpawnsFSTemplate013

Filters:

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow (optional)

Ok let's begin

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original ... Delete the Credits layer

Merge the three X Outline layers together and Rename it X Outline

Merge the three X Lines layers together and Rename it X Lines

Merge the three X Background layers together and Rename it X Background

Activate the Main Background layer ... Flood Fill with a color from your Tube

Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall paper(rotate) ... default settings

Repeat if necessary to cover canvas

Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur

Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L)

Activate the Background X's layer ... change the layers Blend Mode to Burn

Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the X Background layer

Selections>Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selections with a medium color from your Tube

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise

Selections> Select None

Activate the Border layer ... Selections>Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a Light color from your Tube

Layers > Merge> Merge Down ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise

Selections> Select None ... Activate the X Outline layer

Selections>Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selections with the same color as just used

Selections> Select None ... Rename this layer Flux

Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3)

Activate the Flux layer again ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise

Same settings as the last time ... Activate the Copy of Flux layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the Copy (2) of Flux layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Selections> Select None

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... Black

Click on the Basic tab and change the Glow Radius to 2

Apply this to all 3 Flux layers ... Hide the 2 top Flux layers for now

Delete the X Outline layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Resize if needed and position where you like

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Click on the Basic tab and change the Glow Radius to a suitable amount

Add a Drop Shadow of choice ... I chose

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry

Move this layer to below your Border layer

Add Copyrights and your Name

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the Flux layer and unhide the "Copy of Flux" layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of Flux" layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of Flux" layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Go back to Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
