Filters: DSB Flux/Bright Noise Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow Mura's Meister/Copies FunHouse/Serrate
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground to a Light color from your Tube and Background to a Medium color Open a New Image 115x200 ... Flood Fill with your Background color Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Move around til a part you like is in view (resize etc if needed) Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or Luminance(L)
Activate the Bottom layer Selections> Select All ... Image> Crop to Selection ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible Image> Canvas Size ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with your Foreground color Selections> Modify> Contract by 5 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Bottom layer ... Layers> Duplicate In your layer palette re-arrange the layers so from top to bottom you have Frame, Image, Frame Image
Activate the bottom Frame layer Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the bottom Image layer Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Activate the bottom Frame layer again ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line(rotate) ... default settings
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Crop Image 600x250
Effects> FunHouse> Serrate ... default settings Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Activate the Image layer (second layer down in layer palette) Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as earlier Activate the Top layer and rename it Flux ... Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three
Activate the Flux layer again Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as before
Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as before Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert ... Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill with your Background color ... Selections> Select None .. Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on either side of your and apply a suitable Drop Shadow (be sure not to cover the middle image) Layers> Arrange> Move Down ... Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
