First time trying one of my Tutorials? Then please check my Terms of Use before you continue You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called ThaliaItalic Tube and Close Up of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Michael Landefeld License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet Any animation of your choice - I used one called whitepuff by Lovey which you can get HERE
Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 and Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effect> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings If your canvas is not covered then Edit> Repeat Copies ... with the same settings
Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... with the following settings
Crop Image 600x250 Layers> Duplicate ... Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance ... Edit> Repeat Enhance Edges Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Lower this layers Opacity to around 75% and apply a Drop Shadow (I used 0,0,100,10,Black ... Applied twice) Merge these two layers together
Paste your Close Up as a New Layer ... position on either the left or right Apply a suitable Drop Shadow ... Crop Image 600x250
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with color of your choice Selections> Select All ...Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 2 or 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Add Copyrights and your Name ... Crop Image 600x250
ANIMATING Open up your animation in Animation Shop (if using the same one as me delete the first two frames - you should be left with 15) Edit> Select All ... Animation> Resize Animation Make sure the Maintain Aspect Ratio box is check then, click the lil circle next to Pixel Size then change the Height to 250 and click OK
Go back to PSP activate the bottom layer ... Edit> Copy ... hide this layer Return to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation
Hold down CTRL and press keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your animation has Activate your Animation ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate the background frames Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames move into position and click once to place
Check the positioning is ok View> Animation, once happy close the preview and now you can close the original animation frames as they no longer needed
Go back to PSP ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Return to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and press keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your Tag
Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate the Tag frames Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once to place
