You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called DB Michael

Tube & Close Up of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Jamie Kidd

License and Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

Ok let's begin

Change your Foreground to Black and your Background a color from your Tube

Change your Foreground to Gradient ... with the following settings

Open a New Image 600x250 & Flood Fill it with your Gradient

Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... with the following settings

Effects> Texture Effects> Fur ... with the following settings

Layers> Duplicate

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 2

Swap Colors

Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill the Selection with your Gradient

Effects> Distortion Effects> Pixelate ... with the same settings as earlier

Effects> Distortion Effects> Warp ... with the following settings

Change this layers Blend Mode to Hard Light or one suitable

Selections> Select None ... Move this layer into the middle in your layer palette

Paste your Close Up as a New Layer and position on the right so what you want showing is visible

(look at my sample tag for reference)

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance or one suitable and lower the Opacity to around 50%

Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings

Change weave and Gap colors to a Darker shade of your color

Activate the Top layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position on the left and add a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None

Add Copyrights and your Name and that's it all that's left is to save your Tag
