Open a New Image 600x250 ... Flood Fill with your Gradient Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with a medium color from your Tube Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Multiply ... Rename this layer Ripples Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Activate the Bottom layer ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer Layers> Arrange> Bring To Top Selections> Select None ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance More Make a Custom Selection ... with the same settings as earlier Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Change this layers Blend Mode to Hard Light or one suitable
Paste your Tube as New Layer Move to a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Layers> New Raster ... Flood Fill with Black ... Selections> Select All Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Add Copyrights and your Name Activate the Ripples layer ... Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4) Activate the Ripples layer again Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Ripples ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Ripples layer ... Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Ripples Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (2) of Ripples layer ... Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Ripples Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (3) of Ripples layer ... Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Ripples Hit the Random Seed button once Selections> Select None ... Hide the 3 Top Ripples layers for now
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Return to PSP hide the Copy of (2) Ripples layer and unhide the Copy (3) of Ripples layer Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
