You will need: Font of your choice - I used one called Crostini Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Vinegar License and Tubes currently available at Creative Design Outlet My Mask HERE
Filters: Two Moon/StringThing Mura's Meister/Copies
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 & Flood Fill with a Dark color from your Tube Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Bottom Layer Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the Top layer Effects> Two Moon> StringThing ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Multiply and the Opacity to 40% Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Change your Foreground & Background to 2 bright colors from your Tube Click on the Foreground again and change to Gradient ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Gradient Load the Mask I provided at the start of this Tutorial (SpawnsFSMask58) ... with these settings
Layers> Merge> Merge Group Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as before Paste your Tube as a New layer and position on the Left side of your Tag ... Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror Activate the Bottom Tube layer ... Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... with the following settings
Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light Activate the Top Tube layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Click on your Foreground and change the Angle to 90 Flood Fill layer with your Gradient ... Selections> Select All Selections> Modify> Contract by 2 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the same settings as before Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 4, Black Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and keep pressing L until you have 11 frames
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Effects> Insert Image Effect
Click on the Customize button
Click OK then OK again ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate your Background Frames image ... Edit> Select All ...Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once
You can delete the animation only image now as you don't need it Return to PSP ... Unhide the Name, Credits & Border layers ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation
Activate your Tag Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames ... move into position and click once And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
