You will need:

Font of your choice

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Danny Drake

This Artist no longer sells their art in Tube Format

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Xenofex 2/Shatter

AAA Frames/Foto Frame

Xero/Porcelain (optional)

Open a New Image 600x600 ... Flood Fill with Black

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Make a Custom Selection with the following settings

Left - 275 ... Top - 0 ... Right - 325 ... Bottom - 600

Flood Fill this Selection with a color from your Tube

Selections> Select None ... Image> Free Rotate

Image> Canvas

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... Change the Number to 5

Activate the Bottom layer ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... Change the Number to one suitable

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) and the opacity to around 30% - 40%

Layers> Duplicate ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top

Activate the Lines layer ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Selections> Invert ... Activate the Top layer ... Edit> Clear

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas ... Image> Crop to Selection

Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Effects> Xenofex 2> Shatter

Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with Black

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Edit> Clear

Selections> Select None ... Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise

Paste Your Tube as a New Layer ... Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all channels to 0

Apply a suitable Drop Shadow and move to position of your choice

Layers> Arrange> Move Down

Skip this next step if you wish

I wanted my Tube to look like it was popping out of the Tag so using my

Freehand Selection Tool I made a Selection around parts of the Border that cover the top of the Tube like so

Activate the Border layer ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer

Activate the Border layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None

Move the Promoted Layer below the Tube Layer

Activate the Border layer ... Apply Copyrights and your Name

Save Tag
