This is a Black and White Forum Set Tutorial

You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Boneribbon

Tube & Close Up of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Danny Lee

License and Tubes now available at ArthurCrowesFactory

My Template SpawnsFSTemplate062

Filters:

Eye Candy 6: Textures/Swirl

Xenofex 2/Television

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

Eye Candy 6: Textures/Texture Noise

Ok let's begin

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original

Delete the Credits and Black Foregrounds Dots layers

Change your Foreground to Medium Grey color

Activate the Main Background layer & Flood Fill it with this color

Effects> Eye Candy 6:Textures> Swirl ... with the following settings

Activate the Black Foreground layer

Effects> Xenofex 2> Television ... with the following settings

Activate the Grey Foreground layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color

Effects> Eye Candy 6:Textures> Swirl ... same settings as before

Paste your Close Up as a New Layer

Move into position so a part you want showing covers the Right side of the Selection

Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance and the opacity so you can see the pattern behind

(I lowered to around 30%) Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

Delete the Grey Foreground layer

Change your Background to a Light Grey color ... Activate the Wavey Lines

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color

Selections> Select None

Rename this layer TN and Duplicate it twice (for a total of 3)

Delete the Wavey Lines layer ... Activate the TN layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Texture Noise ... with the following settings

Click on the "Settings" tab and then on the "Settings Tour (fixed scaling) " folder then click on

"Overlay: Heavy Rain" so it is highlighted blue

Click on the "Basic" tab ... change the Texture to "Crinkles"then click on the "Random Seed" button once

click OK to apply the effect

Activate the Copy of TN layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Texture Noise ... click on the Random Seed button once then on ok

Activate the Copy (2) of TN layer

Effects> Eye Candy 6: Textures> Texture Noise ... click on the Random Seed button once then on ok

Hide the 2 Top TN layers for now

Activate the Border layer

Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Layers> Arrange Move> Down ... Activate the Border layer again

Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings

Add Copyrights and your Name

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the "TN" layer and unhide the "Copy of TN " layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of TN " layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of TN " layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 13 and click OK

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
