You will need:

Font of your choice

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Ted Hammond

License & Tubes available at Creative Design Outlet

My Template SpawnsFSTemplate106

 

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

 

******************************************************************************************

 

Open my Template ... Window> Duplicate ... Close Original

Delete the Credits layer

 

 

Activate the Main Background layer ... Paste your Tube as a a New Layer

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line ... default settings ... change Line to suitable amount

Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) or one of your choice

Layers> Merge> Merge Down

 

 

Activate the Lines Layer and change the Blend Mode to Screen

Duplicate this layer twice ... Activate the Lines layer again

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the Copy of Lines layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the Copy (2) of Lines layer

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Hide the top 2 Lines layers

 

 

Activate the Flood Fill Tool and change your Foreground and Background colors

to ones from your Tube ... Activate the RTB layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selection with your Background Color

Selections> Select None

 

 

Effects> Tramages> Wood Grain ... with the following settings

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... Black

Click on the Basic tab and change the Color to Background Color

 

 

Activate the LTB layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground Color ... Selections> Select None

Effects> Tramages> Wood Grain ... with the same settings as before

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow

Click on the Basic tab and change the Color to Foreground Color

 

 

Activate the RTF layer ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up

Activate the LTF layer ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill the Selections with a third color from your Tube

 

 

Selections> Select None

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as earlier

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White

Click on the Basic tab and change the Glow Radius to 2

Delete the RTF layer

 

 

Activate the Border Layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selections with a your third color

Selections> Select None

Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as earlier

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Click on the Basic tab and change the Glow Radius to 1

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... position where you like and apply a drop shadow

Add Copyrights and your Name

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged ... Now open Animation Shop

Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the Lines layer and unhide the Copy of Lines layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the Copy of Lines layer and unhide the Copy (2) of Lines layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
