You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Cabragio

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Vinegar

License and Tubes currently available at Creative Design Outlet

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 Flood Fill it Black

Layers> New Raster Layer

Select your Flood Fill Tool and change your

Foreground to a Dark color from your Tube

and your Background to a Light color from your Tube

Click on the Foreground Color again and change it to

a Foreground-Background Gradient ... with these settings

Style – Linear
Angle – 45
Repeats – 1

Flood Fill layer with Gradient

Effects> Texture Effects> Fur ... with the following settings

Blur – 70
Density – 70
Length – 70
Transparency – 80

Then lower layers opacity to around 30%

 

Layers> Merge> Merge Down ...Layers> New Raster Layer

Click on your Foreground color and change the Angle to ... 0

Flood Fill layer with the Gradient

Effects> Texture Effects> Fur ... with same settings as above

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Top – 0
Right – 50
Bottom – 250
Left - 0

Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE button on your keyboard

Selections> Select None

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Tiling

Change Tile Gap to 11

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

Click on the "Settings" tab and select the following

Simple (thin) - Black

Click on the "Basic" tab

change the Glow Radius to 4 and the color from Black to bright color that stands out and click on ok

Paste your Tube as a new layer


In your layer palette drag this layer between the other 2 layers

and lower the layers opacity to around 60%

Using your Mover Tool move the Tube into a position on the right of your tag

Layers> Merge> Merge Visible

Again copy and paste your Tube as a new Layer

Image> Mirror
Move tube over to the left side of your Tag

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as before

Layers> Merge> Merge Visible

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ...with the following settings

Inside checked
Border width - 9
Ant Alias - unchecked

Flood Fill Selection with a light color from your Tube

Effects> Texture Effects> Fur ... same settings as before

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... same settings as before

But leave color as Black

Selections> Select None ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Flood Fill layer with the color Black ... Selections> Select All

 

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 2 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard

Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Visible

and that’s it all that’s left is to add Copyrights and your Name
