You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Anna

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Nils

This artist is not currently selling their art in Tube Format

 

Filters:

Mura's Meister/Copies

Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow

DSB Flux/Bright Noise

 

 

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill with a light color from your Tube

 

 

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill with another light color from your Tube

 

 

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

Flood Fill with a dark color from your Tube

 

 

Selections> Select None ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance

Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings

Selections> Select None

 

 

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... 0, 0, 100, 3, Black

Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper ... default settings

Edit> Repeat Copies

 

 

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Free Rotate ... with the following settings

 

 

Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings

 

Crop Image 600x250

 

Rename this layer "flux"

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of three

 

 

Activate your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings

 

And click once inside one of the first light color rectangles like so

 

 

Selections> Modify> Select Color Range ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the flux layer ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

 

 

Activate the "Copy of flux" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the "Copy (2) of flux" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

 

Selections> Select None ... Hide the top two flux layers for now

 

 

Paste your Tube as a New Layer and position on the left side of your Tag

Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror

Change the layers Opacity to 60% and move this layer above your background layer in the Layer Palette

On the Original Tube layer apply a suitable Drop Shadow

 

 

Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your dark color

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 5

Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Modify> Expand ... by 3

 

Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your first light color

Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand ... by 1

Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your dark color ... Selections> Select None

 

Add Copyright info and your Name

 

 

 

ANIMATING

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

Now open Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation

Return to PSP hide the "flux" layer and unhide the "Copy of flux" layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

Return to PSP hide the "Copy of flux" layer and unhide the "Copy (2) of flux" layer

Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged

 

Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame

And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
