Filters: xero/Fritillary DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Set your Foreground and Background to two light colors from your Tube Open a New Image 600x250 and Flood Fill it with your Foreground color Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill this Selection with your Background color Selections> Select None
Change this layers Blend Mode to Multiply and lower the Opacity to 80% Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Layers> Duplicate Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None
Layers> New Raster Layer Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings Flood Fill this Selection with your Background color ... Selections> Select None
Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Apply a Drop Shadow with these settings ... 0, 0, 100, 6, Black Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Position on the right side of your Tag and Apply a suitable Drop Shadow ... Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror In your Layer Palette move the duplicate Tube layer above the bottom layer (the Background layer)
You may need to use your Mover Tool to move you Tube up or down to get the bit you want visible Lower the Opacity of this layer a bit ... (I lowered to 60%) ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top Flood Fill this layer with the color Black ... Selections> Select All Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert
Flood Fill with your Background color ... Effect> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... same settings as earlier Selections> Invert ... Selections> Modify> Expand by 1 ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill this Selection with Black Selections> Select None ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Crop image 600x250 Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Open up your Snow Animation in Animation Shop Edit> Select All ... Animation> Resize Animation Make sure the Maintain Aspect Ratio box is checked then click the lil circle next to Pixel Size then change the Width to 600 and click OK
Go back to PSP and activate the bottom layer ... Edit> Copy Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and press keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your Snow Animation has Activate your Snow Animation ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy
Activate the background frames Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames click once in the middle to place Go back to PSP and hide the bottom layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> As New Animation Hold down CTRL and press keep pressing L until you have the same amount of frames as your Tag
Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy Activate your Tag ... Edit> Select All ... Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames move into position & click once in the middle to place And that's it. All that's left is to save your Tag ... If you wish to Preview it first View> Animation
