You will need:

Font of your choice - I used one called Hiatus

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Ivan Flores

And my Tile Preset which you can get HERE ... unzip into your Presets folder

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250

Select the Flood Fill Tool and change your

Foreground Color to a bright color from your Tube

before clicking on OK you will need to select

Tin Foil from the Textures bit as shown below



Angle – 0
Scale 100

Flood Fill layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer ... Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 8 ... Selections> Invert

Change you Foreground Color

To a different color from your Tube

And make sure your "Tin Foil" texture is selected like before

Flood Fill selection

Effects> 3D Effects> Inner Bevel ... with the following settings

Bevel – 2
Width – 3
Smoothness - 9
Depth - 3
Ambience - 0
Shininess - 39
Angle - 23
Intensity - 45
Elevation – 32
Color – White

Keep selected

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 100
Blur - 5
Color – of your choice

Selections> Select None ... Layers> New Raster Layer

Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... by 40

Click on your Foreground color again

Un-check the Textures box ... And click OK

Flood Fill Selection ... Paste your Tubs as aNew Layer

Tamper with this layer by moving, resizing, mirroring or whatever you need

to until it fits in the right side of the rectangle

Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None

Layers> Merge> Merge Down

Effects> Texture Effects> Tiles ... In the dropdown box select Spawns-Triangie

Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow ... with the following settings

Vertical - 0
Horizontal - 0
Opacity - 100
Blur - 15
Color - Black

Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Position your Tube on the left side of your tag

Apply a suitable Drop Shadow

Activate the layer with the frame on ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top

Layers> Merge> Merge All (Flatten)

And that’s it all that’s left is for you to add the Copyrights and your Name.
