Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow (optional)
Ok let's begin Change your Foreground to a Dark color from your Tube and Background to lighter shade of the Foreground color Open a New Image 600x250 Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with your Foreground color Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with your Foreground color Change your Background to a color medium color between your current Background & Foreground colors Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill with your new Background color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Select None Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... Cards ... with the following settings
Effects> Image Effects> Offset ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with your Foreground color Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom ... Effects> Texture Effects> Weave ... with the following settings
Paste your Close up as a New Layer and position in the Middle like so
Change this layers Blend Mode to Soft Light Layers>Merge> Merge Down ... Activate the Top layer Paste your Tube as a New Layer, position on the left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow (I used Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow with the Blurry preset)
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with color of your choice Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Add Copyrights and your Name ... Crop Image 600x250 Activate the Bottom layer ... Edit> Copy
ANIMATING
Click on the Customize button
Change the first 10 waves to the following Wave 1: X 70 ... Y 40 Wave 2: X 48 ... Y 26 Wave 3: X 26 ... Y 14 Wave 4: X 6 ... Y 3 Wave 5: X -9 ... Y -5 Wave 6: X -23 ... Y -12 Wave 7: X -35 ... Y -17 Wave 8: X -45 ... Y -23 Wave 9: X -54 ... Y -28 Wave 10: X -64 ... Y -31
Set all other waves to X 0 ... Y 0 DELETE the first Frame
Return to PSP and Hide the Background layer ... Edit> Copy Copy Merged Go to Animation Shop Edit> Paste> As New Animation Edit> Select All ... Edit> Copy
Activate your Animation ... Edit> Select All ...Edit> Paste> Into Selected Frames Move into position and click once (I zoomed in to help with positioning) And that's it.
