Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Wall Paper(rotate) ... default settings Edit> Repeat Copies ... same settings as above
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur ... with the following settings
Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Original Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... with the following settings
Effects> Texture Effects> Tiles ... with the following settings
Change your Foreground to the Metallic Silver Gradient Angle - 45 ... Repeats - 5 Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill this layer with your Gradient Change this layers Blend Mode to Difference Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Rename this Background
Activate the Top layer and rename it Radial Layers> New Raster Layer ... Change your Foreground to a color from your Tube and your Background to Black Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... with the following settings
Selections> Select None Effects> Distortion Effects> Wave ... with the following settings
Rename this layer Wave Lines Layers> Duplicate .... Image> Flip ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down (original and duplicate Wave Lines layers should now be merged together)
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Select your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings
Click once between the two sets of lines and you should have the following
Selections> Modify> Expand by 7 Activate the Radial layer ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard Paste your Tube as New Layer, move to the left side of your tag & position so that what you want to keep is inside the Selection like so
Selections> Invert ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard ... Selections> Select None Change this layers Blend Mode to Luminance(L) ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance Change this layers Opacity to around 40% Activate the Wave Lines layer Paste your Tube as New Layer, move to a suitable position and apply a suitable Drop Shadow
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Background color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 4 ... Hit DELETE on your keyboard
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 ... Selections> Invert Flood Fill the Selection with your Foreground color Adjust> Add/Remove Noise> Add Noise ... same settings as earlier Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 1 ... Selections> Invert Layers> New Raster Layer Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color ... Selections> Select None Layers> Merge> Merge Down
Add Copyrights and your Name ... Activate the Radial layer Duplicate this layer three times (for a total of 4) Activate the Radial layer Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat
Effects> Greg's Factory Output vol. II> Hilite ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Radial layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change the Frequency to 24 Activate the Copy (2) of Radial layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change the Frequency to 36 Activate the Copy (3) of Radial layer ... Effects> Greg's Factory Output Vol. II> Pool Shadow change the Frequency to 48 Hide the Top 3 Radial layers for now ... Selections> Select None
ANIMATING
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
Return to PSP and unhide the Copy (3) of Radial layer ... Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
Edit> Select All ... Animation> Frame Properties ... change to 20
