You will need:

Font of your choice

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Candra


Filters:

VM Distortion/FlipChop

Eye Candy/Textures

 



Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250

Select your Flood Fill Tool and change your

Foreground to a Dark color from your Tube and your Background to a Bright color from your Tube

Click on the Foreground Color again and change it to Gradient ... with these settings



Flood Fill layer

 


Effects> VM Distortion> FlipChop ... with the following settings

Horizontal - 255
Vertical - 30

 

Effects> Distortion Effects> Spikey Halo ... with the following settings



 

Select your Magic Wand Tool ... with the following settings



And click in these 3 places



Duplicate layer twice (for a total of 3)

 

Activate the "Raster 1" layer

Effects> Eye Candy Textures> Weave ... with the following settings



Activate the "Copy of Raster 1" layer

Effects> Eye Candy Textures> Weave ... press the "Random Seed" button then OK

Activate the "Copy (2) of Raster 1" layer

Effects> Eye Candy Textures> Weave ... press the "Random Seed" button then OK

Selections> Select None

 

Paste your Tube as a new layer ... Layers> Arrange> Bring to Top

Rename the layer Tube

Move into a position you are happy with and add a Drop Shadow of choice

Crop image 600x250 ... Layers> New Raster Layer

 

Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ... with the following settings



Flood Fill with a Dark color from your Tube

Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ... change Border width to 5

 

Flood Fill with a Light color from your Tube

Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ... change Border width to 2

Flood Fill with a Dark color from your Tube ... Selections> Select None

Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Add Copyrights and your Name


Now it’s time to save your Tag ready to be animated
File> Save As ... under "File Type" choose PSP Animation Shop (*psp.)
