You will need:

Font of your choice

Tube of your choice - I will be using the artwork of Candra

Filters:

VM Instant Art/Barbwire

dsb flux/Bright Noise

 

Ok let's begin

Open a New Image 600x250 Flood Fill it White

Effects> VM Instant Art> Barbwire ... with the following settings



Duplicate the layer 3 times (for a total of 4)

 

 

Rename the layers as follows, from Top to Bottom

Foreground
flux 3
flux 2
flux 1

Activate the Foreground layer

Select your Magic Wand ... with the following settings

 

And Click in the top left of your image like so

 

Selections> Modify> Color Range ... with these settings



Hit DELETE once on your keyboard

 

Selections> Select None

Adjust> Hue and Saturation> Colorize ... play around until you have a color you are happy with and click OK

Activate the "flux 1" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings

 

Activate the "flux 2" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the "flux 3" layer

Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok

Activate the Foreground layer again ... Paste your Tube as a new layer

Rename the layer Tube

 

Move into a position on the Right side of the tag that you are happy with

And add a Drop Shadow of choice

Layers> Duplicate ... Image Mirror ... Layers> Merge> Merge Down

(so the two Tubes are now one layer)

Crop Image to 600x250 ... Layers> New Raster Layer

 

Selections> Select All

Selections> Modify> Select Selection Borders ... with the following settings



Flood Fill with the color Black ... Selections> Select None

Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Add Copyrights and your Name

Crop Image to 600x250


Now it’s time to save your Tag ready to be animated

File> Save As ... under "File Type" choose PSP Animation Shop (*psp.)
