Filters: Mura's Meister/Copies xero/Fritillary Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow DSB Flux/Bright Noise
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 Set your Foreground to a color from your Tube and your Background color to Black Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Effects> Mura's Meister>Copies ...*Wall Paper(Rotate) ... default settings
Crop image 600x250 Adjust> Blur> Radial Blur ... with the following settings
Layers> Duplicate ... Image> Mirror ... Image> Flip Change the layers Blend Mode to Soft Light (or one suitable) Layers> Merge> Merge Visible ... Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with your Foreground color Effects> xero> Fritillary ... with the following settings
Change the layers Blend Mode to Soft Light (or one suitable) Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Layers> Duplicate Make a Custom Selection ... with the following settings
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Selections> Select None ... Effects> Distortion Effects> Wave ... with the following settings
Selections> Select All ... Selections> Float ... Selections> Defloat Delete the Black wave layer ... with the Top layer active hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Select None
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... with the following settings
Edit> Repeat Gradient Glow ... change the Glow Radius to 4 and color to a Light Grey
Paste your Close Up as a New Layer Position on the left side of your Tag and apply a suitable Drop Shadow Crop image 600x250
With your Selection Tool make a Selection from the left side of your tag to about half way through your Close Up like so
Activate the bottom layer ... Selections> Promote Selection to Layer Selections> Select None ... Layers> Arrange> Move Up Activate the Close Up layer ... Layers> New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with your Foreground color Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract by 3 Hit DELETE on your keyboard Selections> Modify> Expand by 2 ... Selections> Invert ... Flood Fill the Selection with your Background color Selections> Select None
Activate the bottom & rename it flux then Duplicate it twice for a total of three layers Activate the flux layer again ... Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Activate the "Copy of flux" layer Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok Effects> dsb flux> Bright Noise ... click on the Mix button once then on ok
Hide the top two flux layers for now Activate the top layer
Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop .... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
