Filters: Eye Candy 6/Gradient Glow Eye Candy 6/Perspective Shadow Mura's Meister/Copies DSB Flux/Bright Noise Xero/Porcelain AAA Frames/Foto Frame Xenofex 2/Constellation
Ok let's begin Open a New Image 600x250 ... Paste your Tube as a New Layer Position in the middle of your canvas ... Resize if needed ... Layers> Duplicate Activate the Bottom Tube layer
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Gradient Glow ... Settings ... Simple (thin) ... White Effects> DSB Flux> Bright Noise ... with the following settings
Effects> Eye Candy 6> Perspective Shadow ... Settings ... Drop ... Blurry Layers> Merge> Merge Visible Effects> Mura's Meister> Copies ... *Line Change the Number to a suitable amount I chose 6 Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all Color Channels set to 0
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Layers> Arrange> Send to Bottom Set your Foreground to White Set your Background color to a color from your Tube Click on your Foreground again and set it to Gradient ... with the following settings
Flood Fill the Bottom Layer with your Gradient Activate the Top Layer Change the layers Blend Mode to Luminance (L) or one suitable Layers> Merge> Merge Visible Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the following settings
Paste your Tube as a New Layer ... Position to left of your canvas ... Resize if needed Layers> Duplicate ... Activate the Bottom Tube layer ... Take previous steps above in red Activate the Top Tube layer ... Effects> Xero> Porcelain ... all channels set to 0 Layers> Merge> Merge Down ... Selections> Select All ... Selections> Clip to Canvas Image> Crop to Selection
Layers> New Raster Layer ... Flood Fill with White Selections> Select All ... Selections> Modify> Contract ... 12 pixels Edit> Clear ... Selections> Modify> Expand ... 6 pixels Selections> Invert ... Edit> Clear Activate the Tube Layer ... Edit> Clear ... Selections> Select None Activate the Top Layer ... Rename this layer Bling Frame Change this layers Transparency to 50% ... Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3)
Activate the Bling Frame layer Effects> Xenofex 2> Constellation ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Bling Frame layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (2) Bling Frame layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation Hit the Random Seed button once ... Hide the top 2 Bling Frame layers
Activate the Tube Layer Effects> AAA Frames> Foto Frame ... with the same settings as earlier Open my Stars Image copy it and Paste As New Layer Adjust> Brightness and Contrast> Brightness/Contrast Set Brightness to 255 and Contrast to 0
In the Layers Palette move this layer below the Tube Layer Rename this layer Star Bling ... Duplicate this layer twice (for a total of 3) Activate the Star Bling layer Effects> Xenofex 2> Constellation ... with the following settings
Activate the Copy of Star Bling layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation Hit the Random Seed button once Activate the Copy (2) of Star Bling layer ... Edit> Repeat Constellation Hit the Random Seed button once ... Hide the top 2 Star Bling layers
Add Copyrights and your Name
ANIMATING
And unhide the Copy of Star Frame and Copy of Star Bling layers Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame Return to PSP hide the Copy of Star Frame and Copy of Star Bling layer And unhide the Copy (2) of Star Frame and Copy (2) of Star Bling layer Edit> Copy Special> Copy Merged
Go back to Animation Shop ... Edit> Paste> After Current Frame
